Castle of Enchantment


300 gsm paper, pigment ink, pencils, watercolours. This was a fast sketch and wash after, exploring a technique where wash is applied and the ink afterwards, defining the lines.

Nestled within the depths of the impenetrable forest, a mysterious castle sleeps. The silent door and windows of the structure speaks of forgotten horrors. What happened here? Who dwells within?
